Welcome to Trixter's big messy retro sandbox!
Hey! I'm going to be using this as a home for a bunch of fun archival projects I've been working on. These will be available on sites like YouTube and the Internet Archive, but I also wanted to make a place for them to be generally available outside of any of that. It's mostly 80s or 80s-adjacent media that's currently unavailable to access from the original copyright holder. Most of it is likely never to see the light of day again, but if any of it does come back into legitimate availability I'll remove it from here. The only real focus is "Whatever Trix's hyperfocus has turned its attention to."
Current projects are:
I'm sure there are more to come but for now this site is...
- The Inhumanoids cartoon series - Currently finished and available on YouTube -- at least until Hasbro changes their mind about letting me have it up there.
- The Kidd Video album - Completed! Until I suddenly get magical Vinyl Restoration Powers and give it another pass. There are two previous digital versions of this totally real album that actually existed (in Israel) that I'm aware of, but since splurging for my own copy in early 2022, I've wanted to make a better-quality one, at least as much as the limitations of old vinyl will allow.
- The Transformers Legends anthology - This book was a lot of fun but had sadly been lost to the copyright memory hole. I sold my original copy when I was scraping for money a few years back but my friend Marcus "Finback" Good was generous enough to send me his for this project. While I get the rest of it transcribed, enjoy the cult favorite story of the Best Boy, Paddles! NEW! Just in time for Spoopy Season, I've also uploaded John J. Miller's charming Armada Halloween story "Something Robotic This Way Comes" as a standalone epub!
